The filling speed is up to 2400 bottles per hour. The device adopts a German sensor to achieve the functions of no filling without the bottle, no capping without lids. The filling pump applies a high-precision ceramic pump to ensure filling accuracy. The material contact part is SS316L and ceramic which has good corrosive resistance. The capping part applies SERVO torsional screwing to ensure the tightness and no-damaging of the lid. At the same time, the machine can be connected with the labeling machine to be a filling line.
