XQXG-30S is a fully automatic, bench-top filling-and-capping monoblock engineered for small-batch reagent-bottle production in laboratories, R&D centers, CMOs and CROs. By integrating precision dosing, servo-driven capping and GMP-grade cleanability into a footprint smaller than 2 m², the machine converts manual or semi-automatic workflows into true “one-button” unattended operation.

Ultra-precision filling
• XQX2 ceramic pump: 99.5 % alumina, seal-less, valve-less; 0.1 % filling accuracy, 0.5 % repeatability.
• Range 0.5–30 mL without pump change; recipe-driven parameter mapping.
• Servo motor + 24-bit encoder; vacuum suck-back eliminates drips and stringing.
• Pump lifetime > 50 million cycles, maintenance-free.

Servo capping system
• 400 W servo motor with planetary reducer; torque 0.1–1.5 N·m, 0.01 N·m resolution.
• Quick-change capping heads for 13 mm, 20 mm, 28 mm and 32 mm caps (30 s swap).

• Three-step “tighten-loosen-retighten” algorithm; rejects skewed, missing or cross-threaded caps automatically.
 

Hygienic construction
• Full 304 stainless-steel enclosure, Ra ≤ 0.4 µm; alcohol and hypochlorite compatible.
• Sloped, screw-free table with integrated drain; complete wipe-down in < 5 min.
• Cable and pneumatic routing concealed at rear; zero dead-leg surfaces.

Throughput & flexibility
• Up to 25 bottles/min (5 mL example); 30 000 bottles/day in 24 h continuous mode.
• Ideal for PCR kits, ELISA reagents, magnetic-bead suspensions, calibrators, buffers and other high-value/low-volume liquids.
