XQZGD-12S uses a desktop filling and cap pressing design, specially designed for penicillin bottle frozen dry manufacturing. The filling pump applies XQX2 high-precision ceramic pump to ensure filling accuracy. The filling speed is up to 35 bottles per minute. The cap part applies the automatic loading and semi-cap pressing. After filling and cap pressing, the machine equips with the code printing function. This machine is mainly for the frozen-dry powder pre-filling work. The appearance adopts desktop design, whose size is small and the material is 304 stainless steel which is easy to clean.
