Characteristic of  Tube Capping Machine

XQZGX-12s applies a desktop filling and capping design for filling and capping the Cryo tube and reagent. The appearance adopts 304 stainless steel which is easy to clean. The filling pump applies XQX2 high-precision ceramic pump to ensure filling accuracy. The filling speed is up to 40 PCS per hour. The machine adopts the bottle mold fast loading method, different bottle types can be changed quickly and conveniently. At the same time, the capping part uses the servo motor which makes the torque adjustable.

This equipment has been tested to meet the requirements of GMP certification.

The capping part adopts SERVO torsional screwing to ensure the tightness and no-damaging of the lid.

The separation part adopts high purity ceramic pump, which controls the injection volume of each lap by adjusting the angle of the pump head, and has extremely high measuring accuracy and repeated consistency.
