The XQXL-2A is a new design of the automatic filling and crimping machine which is mainly for the Penicillin bottle. The intelligent operating system is adopted to make the operation easy. The liquid filling part adopts the XQX2 ceramic pump, which controls the injection volume of each lap by adjusting the angle of the pump head, and has extremely high measuring accuracy and repeated consistency.  The riveting part adopts a special material coating hardening treatment, which has a long service life. The equipment is fast installed by mold, and it can be replaced conveniently between different bottle types.
