Characteristic

XQGX-30A is a desktop design with filling and capping function for the dropper bottle. It is suitable for liquid filling like the essential oil bottle like 10ml or 20ml size. The pump applies the XQX2 high precision ceramic pump which can make sure the filling accuracy within ±0.5%. The filling speed is up to 1800 bottles per hour, suitable for small batch production. The mold can be changed to fit different size bottles. The capping part adopts the servo capping which can avoid over-capping. At the same time, the machine is with the bottle feeder which can save working labor.
